I made E-6 with 7 years TIS. I made both E-5 and E-6 the first time using only McMillan Study Guides. My favorite was PDG GOLD. I recommend McMillan to everyone!

Excellent App! This app is amazing if you have time to kill on trips. Or sitting at work or anything else where you can't take your books! The app single-handedly made Staff for me on the first try. I answered 100 questions twice a day. Once in the morning and once before bed. Only picked up my book to review wrong answers. It might be expensive, relative to other apps, but it got me an extra boost in pay worth itself in the first month! Worth it. (PDG Final Exams NCO)
