SHIPPING: Depending on your location, you can select either Priority Mail or FedEx shipping for all physical products, or have your Unlock or Update Code emailed to you. Games are for download only. Email shipping is ONLY available for Unlock and Update Codes. We make every effort to ship your order by the next business day after we receive it. Please allow sufficient time for shipments to arrive at overseas addresses.
RETURNS: If something is wrong with an order you placed with us, we certainly want to help you. If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will make your order right as soon as possible.
You may return most items sold by McMillan Study Guides, Inc. within 20 days of delivery for a full refund. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
