I used PDG Advisor to study for Staff 13E5 and made it my first time, even with the percentage being 32.9%. If you stick with your study plan, you should make it no problem.

Made E-5 my first time testing. If you put in the time using McMillan's study guides, it is almost a guaranteed promotion. (PDG Advisor and PDG GOLD)
