The 16E6 Cycle was a nervous time for many people because of the new Forced Distribution system. I ended up getting a Must Promote on my EPR. Grateful as I was for the extra points, I wanted to prove to my colleagues that I could promote without it. McMillan gave me the edge I needed. I smashed the PFE with an 88! 39 points over the cutoff as a first time tester. Even without the MP, I would have beat it by 19 points, having only 1 dec point. (PDG Advisor)

Perfect. This is the sole study guide I used this past year for studying. Started about 2 months prior to testing. I am not the best at studying and I get distracted easily. I made Tech by using the flashcards, tying for top score out of 247 others. I made MSgt the next time using the flashcards, once again tying for high PDG score. I tell everyone to use the flashcards and PDG Choice manual for their PDG preparation!
