I believe your testing material is what helped me to pass my test for Staff Sergeant the first time. I have a goal to make Tech the first time also, and the PDG GOLD combined with Master Your CDC are part of my studies to achieve that goal.

The 16E6 Cycle was a nervous time for many people because of the new Forced Distribution system. I ended up getting a Must Promote on my EPR. Grateful as I was for the extra points, I wanted to prove to my colleagues that I could promote without it. McMillan gave me the edge I needed.
